Synopsis: The 2DS has dual displays, a touch pad, directional pad, six buttons, Circle Pad, microphone, 3D camera (pictures are 2D when viewed on the 2DS), wireless connectivity, and internal gyroscope and accelerometer for motion-based gaming. The top screen is 3.53 inches (diagonal) like the 3DS but it has no 3D display abilities. Another key difference is the 2DS does not fold resulting in it being 53mm taller than the 3DS. Also, whereas the 3DS features stereo sound via its two speakers, the 2DS has one speaker and only supports stereo sound with the use of headphones.
